Who We Are

Beyond Property is a property security company that protects vacant and commercial buildings across the UK. Founded by Henry Nathan, the company was built on a simple principle: do the job properly, be honest about what's needed, and pick up the phone when clients call.

Our Story

Henry grew up on the tools with his dad. Going to work with him as a kid taught him what hard work actually looks like — early starts, long days, and doing the job right or not at all. That work ethic carried through into Beyond Property. We started by helping landlords secure vacant properties in London, and grew into a full-service security provider covering the whole of the UK.

What We Do

We provide CCTV systems, alarm systems, drone surveys, security personnel, and property guardians. Each property gets a tailored plan — we don't sell one-size-fits-all packages.

How We Work

We're direct. We assess your property, tell you what you actually need (not what makes us the most money), and get it done within 24-48 hours. Every client gets a named account manager. We carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Our Accreditations

We work exclusively with SIA-licensed security guards, CAA-authorised drone pilots, and DBS-checked property guardians. All personnel are vetted, referenced, and fully verified before deployment.
